Speech Academy Asia Opens Its First Ever Sri Lanka Franchise

26 August 2026 marks a new chapter for Speech Academy Asia (SAA) as we proudly welcome our first ever franchise in Sri Lanka. 🇱🇰🌏

This milestone marks another step in SAA’s journey to bring quality public speaking education to more students and families around the world. Through this new franchise partnership, students in Sri Lanka will have the opportunity to develop essential communication skills, build confidence and discover the power of their own voices.

A New Chapter for Speech Academy Asia

Speech Academy Asia is excited to announce the signing of its first ever Sri Lanka franchise on 26 August 2026.

To mark this important occasion, our General Manager, Zainuddin, travelled to Sri Lanka to formalise the new franchise partnership with Thayanaa Santhuru (Thayanaa Thayalan), Founder and Director of Brainwave Academy and UCMAS Jaffna Franchise.

The partnership brings together a shared commitment to helping young learners develop valuable skills that can support them in school, future careers and everyday life.

Bringing Public Speaking Programmes to Sri Lanka

Public speaking is more than standing in front of an audience. It involves learning how to communicate ideas clearly, organise thoughts, express opinions and connect with others.

Through our expansion into Sri Lanka, SAA looks forward to making its public speaking programmes accessible to more students and families in the region.

Our programmes are designed to help young learners become more confident communicators while developing practical skills such as:

Our new Sri Lanka franchise partner, Thayanaa Santhuru (Thayanaa Thayalan), brings experience in education through Brainwave Academy and the UCMAS Jaffna Franchise.

The partnership represents an exciting opportunity to combine local knowledge and educational experience with SAA’s public speaking programmes.

By working together, we hope to create meaningful learning experiences for students in Sri Lanka and encourage more young people to become confident speakers.
